Guided by our pillars, our community engagement program, GIVE, energizes our associates, residents, and neighbors to take care of one another.

We come together as a team to support our colleagues when they need it most. Our efforts through the OneTeam Fund provide grants to employees experiencing hardships.

How do we make a difference?
In support of our guiding pillars, the GIVE Program provides a platform for our associates to come together as one team to give back to our local communities. Partnering with non-profit organizations for annual volunteer events and food, clothing, and donation drives, GIVE strives to enact long-term, positive change in the communities where we invest, live, and operate.
Donations
One of our annual charity initiatives, GIVE a Bear, raises funds through the sponsorship of teddy bears to donate to local chapters of the Ronald McDonald House Charities. GIVE A Bear was created because we wanted to make a difference for children who are undergoing medical treatment during the holidays. For over a decade, we have partnered with RMHC chapters as the beneficiaries of $150,000 and 10,000 teddy bears.
Community Service
Each September, our associates from across the country participate in a Day of Service. In partnership with a local non-profit organization in every market, we host an event where our team members can volunteer as a group in the community. Working as team, we build camaraderie while supporting our local communities to impact the lives of others.
