- Utilities Admin Fee: $5 per month

- You will pay separately for trash service, internet, cable TV, gas, water, waste, electricity and other items as outlined in the lease agreement.
Renters Insurance
- Renters Insurance is required of all leaseholders ($100,000 minimum personal liability).
Options
- Pets: $500 deposit, $50 a month per pet
- Storage: $65-110 per month
- Parking: Parking options vary based on the space type and location.
