Windsor South Lamar provides two affordable rental housing programs with limited availability. We offer studio apartment homes at a reduced rental rate for eligible applicants.

Low-Income Program
- Studios base rent starting at $1,095.
- Includes households whose earnings do not exceed 60% of the Area Median Income depending upon household size. The maximum household income is as follows:
- 1 person household: $52,920
- 2 person household: $60,480
Moderate Low-Income Program
- Studios base rent starting at $1,185.
- Includes households whose earnings do not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income depending upon household size. The maximum household income is as follows:
- 1 person household: $68,500
- 2 person household: $78,250
