Tuition Reimbursement
Everyone wins when employees gain new skills, greater knowledge, and fresh perspectives. To help our team thrive and grow, Windsor reimburses full-time employees with at least a year of service 100% of the cost of eligible courses: up to $2,500 per year for individual coursework, and up to $5,000 per year for employees in degree programs.
